Job Description: The candidate shall do the following: * Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to support business needs * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data visualization needs * Create interactive visualizations and reports using Tableau Desktop * Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability * Troubleshoot issues with Tableau dashboards and provide solutions * Stay up-to-date with Tableau best practices and new features Requirements Required Skills: 3+ years experience in development and/or design in a business intelligence environment (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel) * 3+ years experience in building dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop or other BI tools (e.g., Power BI) * 3+ years experience in building visualizations using Tableau Desktop or other BI tools (e.g., Power BI) * 1+ year(s) experience building dashboards using Power Query or other SQL tools (e.g., SQL Server) * Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and cloud, including creating complex calculations, parameters, and filters * Adding of Creating Dimensions, Measures and Calculations * Developing Workbooks and Hyper Extracts on Tableau Desktop * Performing Data Modeling in tableau Desktop and cloud * Publishing Workbooks and Data Sources to Tableau Development * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies * Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues with Tableau dashboards * Providing Tier 1 support for Tableau issues reported by departmental or group personnel * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future * Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance * Must be able to work on site in Norco, CA.
