Agency Partner Interactive is currently looking for a professional Tableau developer who is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data visualization solutions using Tableau software. The primary role of a Tableau developer is to create and implement effective data visualizations and dashboards that enable business users to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with IT and other software development partners to architect, drive design, implement operational metrics dashboards for BUs, Functions and Regions/Plants.
• Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions.
• Continually improve user experience for Business Intelligence reports and dashboards.
• Build custom quantitative models by applying advanced statistical methods (e.g., causal and predictive modeling, forecasting, data mining, simulation, and/or optimization).
• Interpret results of quantitative models, identify trends and issues, and develop alternatives to support business objectives.
• Perform validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and determine need for reformulation.
• Provide training and coaching to other Supply Chain team members.
• Perform software validation and/or testing requirements and activities.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field Required.
• 5 + years of experience in full-stack software development, tool development, database design, analytics and dashboard creation, related work Required.
• Experienced professional Tableau developer with some data engineering/modeling (preferably with snowflake) capability.
• Experience working in a medical device and/or regulated industry Preferred.
• Experience working in/for Supply Chain functions.

Skills and Qualification:

• Knowledge of database, data warehousing or data sciences.
• Good exposure to Data Warehousing system like Snowflake, Teradata, or Redshift.
• Strong SQL skills with good exposure to analytics and windowing functions.
• Knowledge of query tuning and optimization.
• Experience working on Data migration projects.
• Knowledge and experience of orchestration tools - Airflow, control-M.
• Extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics and working. knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture.
• Experience in documenting data flows, business processes, power point presentations.
• Solid knowledge and understanding with BI, reporting, data mining, or multi-data center applications.
