We are looking for a skilled Oracle Opera POS/PMS Support Specialist to join a global leader in commerce technology, supporting the hospitality and F&B sectors. This role is based in Singapore and involves delivering L1 & L2 technical support for Oracle Opera PMS, Micros POS, and payment integration systems. You will be the key contact for hotel operations teams, helping to resolve system issues, support payments, and ensure business continuity across properties. This role requires both technical troubleshooting and customer-facing communication.
