Job Description
ePremium is currently in search of a highly motivated System Support Analyst with exceptional communication and collaboration skills to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in organizational skills while being detail oriented to assist in day-to-day IT operational responsibilities.
What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
The System Support Analyst will take on various responsibilities while assisting technical support projects. The primary duties and tasks for this role include:
* Issue Triage: Evaluate system issues and assist the IT team in understanding and prioritizing them effectively.
* Business System Support: Coordinate and lead meetings with business system partners to provide support for relevant systems.
* Release Implementation and Testing: Assist in the implementation and testing of various system releases.
* Workflow Oversight: Supervise daily operating IT systems workflows.
* Email Monitoring and Task Management: Monitor IT support emails, incoming new feature request forms and manage Jira task assignments.
* End-User Training Documentation: Working with corporate trainer to assist creating end-user documentation.
* Documentation Maintenance: Responsible for documentation and maintenance of internal guides.
* Process Standardization: Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize, streamline, and coordinate business and system processes.
