Daily Duties / Responsibilities

• Z/OS operation
• Z/OS support including problem analysis and resolution
• Provide technical support of the mainframe infrastructure to deliver high-quality customer service and meet SLA expectations
• Collaborate and liaise with other units, serving as a technical resource and subject matter expert
• Significant involvement in the upgrade of operating systems to new releases
• Significant involvement in the upgrade of third-party software products to new releases
• Contribute to research and development projects as required
