Position Summary The Systems Programmer Analyst is responsible for supporting administrative systems by providing technical support, training, and guidance to departments and end-users, as well as performing system administration, configuration, and programming tasks. The Systems Programmer Analyst's primary responsibility is to support North Park's use of Microsoft 365. This position reports to the Director of Enterprise Applications. Responsibilities * Provide technical and functional administration for Microsoft 365 (M365) applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Bookings, and Power Apps. * Maintain currency on M365 roadmaps and upcoming changes, communicating about them with IT and other personnel as necessary, and coordinating their implementation in the tenant. * Implement and maintain M365 applications used for single sign-on (SSO) and other integrations. * Serve as a member of IT's security operations (SECOPS) team, which includes the IT Security Analyst, CIO, and Deputy CIO. * Help to manage North Park's SSL certificates ensuring timely renewals and upgrades. * Assist with administration of on-prem servers and information infrastructure.
