Systems Operations Engineer (Contingent Resource Assignment)

Location: Chandler, AZ

Overview: As a Systems Operations Engineer, you will consult on and participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Systems Operations Engineering. You will contribute to large-scale planning related to Systems Operations Engineering deliverables, review and analyze challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors, and collaborate with client personnel to meet deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Systems Operations Engineering.
• Contribute to large-scale planning related to Systems Operations Engineering deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Systems Operations Engineering challenges requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Systems Operations Engineering deliverables.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Systems Operations Engineering.
  
  

Team Support: This role will support the Archiving and Compliance team, responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, functionality, and support of the system of record for electronic communications. The team provides support for technical issues and initiatives related to large-scale enterprise applications, systems, databases, and technical products, with a heavy emphasis on compliance and regulatory work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Tasks:

• Process optimization through automation using a variety of tools.
• Build and implement scalable, reusable, and robust solutions from inception to completion in a production environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and use cases, translating them into effective technical solutions.
  
  

Additional Skills:

• PowerShell scripting
• Java or Tomcat experience
• Compliance, eDiscovery, or Archiving application experience
• PowerBi experience
• ServiceNow and/or database change management experience
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
