About IQUOTE Ltd

IQUOTE Ltd provides strategic operational and technical support to a growing portfolio of businesses operating in the legal and adjacent professional services sectors. We enable high-performing teams by delivering tailored systems management, data infrastructure, and automation solutions.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Systems Manager with the capability to lead and optimise cross-company systems using the Zoho One suite. While prior Zoho experience is advantageous, it is not essential—what matters is your ability to adapt quickly and manage systems in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. Legal industry experience remains useful but is not a requirement.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of Zoho One across multiple businesses.
  • Collaborate with operational leads to define workflows and automation needs across business functions.
  • Configure and customise Zoho apps (CRM, Creator, Books, Projects, Desk, etc.) and integrate with tools such as Zapier.
  • Automate routine processes to improve scalability and consistency across teams.
  • Train and support staff on systems usage and best practices.
  • Ensure data integrity, standardisation, and efficient cross-organisation reporting.
  • Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports to support performance tracking and strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain awareness of compliance requirements, particularly where data intersects with legal or regulated processes.

Required Experience & Competencies

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a systems, CRM, or operations manager role.
  • Proven ability to work across varied business contexts and stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrable proficiency with Zoho One and/or comparable CRM and business automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with Zapier or equivalent integration tools.
  • Skilled in managing and transforming large datasets for actionable insights.
  • Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

  • Experience in a legal, consultancy, or regulated professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and other data handling standards in multi-jurisdictional contexts.
  • Technical background or degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Your Team Culture

We operate with trust and clarity. There’s no micromanagement, no performative culture, and no “we’re a family” slogans—just real collaboration and respect for each other’s time and expertise. We focus on outcomes. Deliver results, communicate well, and you’ll have the autonomy and flexibility you need to do your best work. We value competence, reliability, and a sense of ownership. You’ll work with people who know what they’re doing and appreciate the same in return.

Additional Information

This is a hybrid role, with one day per week working from home. Sponsorship is not available for this position. However, we may consider applications from candidates who are already residing in the UK under an existing sponsorship arrangement.
