LOCATION: Columbus, Ohio
Position Type: 3 – 12 month contract
Provide updates on OnBase Status by attending various meetings for Case Management System.
Learns OnBase Case Management System and guide Executive Director to make high level decisions
Apprise Executive Director of all OnBase updates.
Utilize Outlook to manage Executive Director’s Calendar, schedule meetings and send correspondence.
Assistant independently formulates decisions &/or judgments involving non-legal interpretation of policies & procedures as they would apply to given situation to resolve problems, to prepare correspondence &/or reports or to carry out other assignments.
Under general supervision, maintains & updates the regional office case processing database.
Enters case file information into the database (e.g., closure dates, routing information, case recommendations).
Assists with routing cases & processing charges (e.g., walk-in, mail-in, online);
SKILLS:
Knowledge of Onbase Software case management system, or similar case management software. Required 3
Experience as a Execuitve Assistant Required 3
Has the candidate agreed to work onsite full time (potential remote work after 30 days) Agree Required
