Systems Integration Specialist to join our IT team.
The Systems Integration Specialist will support, maintain, design, and develop seamless integrations between enterprise systems, with a focus on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and WMS (Warehouse Management System) platforms. This role blends technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure robust and scalable integrations.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Support, design, develop, and implement integration solutions between ERP, WMS, SharePoint, Power BI and other business applications to streamline processes and data exchange.
- Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to support data integration, reporting, and system functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems meet business needs.
- Configure and customize APIs, middleware, or other integration tools to connect disparate systems effectively.
- Development and maintenance of enterprise reporting.
- Monitor and maintain integration workflows, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks or data inconsistencies.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards during integration processes.
- Document technical specifications, integration workflows, and processes for future reference and team knowledge sharing.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users or team members on integrated systems as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements to existing integrations.
- Other essential functions
- Continually look for ways to improve processes and systems to make them more efficient and effective.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Occasional on-call support for critical integration issues
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in systems integration, with a focus on ERP and WMS platforms. Experience with Macola, WISYS or Agility are a plus.
- 3+ years of experience integrating SharePoint with external systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, WMS, or databases) using APIs, web services, or middleware.
- Experience working in a Manufacturing or Distribution Industry, preferably in contract manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including query optimization, database design, and data manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with integration tools and technologies (e.g., APIs, REST/GraphQL, ETL tools, VisualCron, and middleware).
- Familiarity with ERP and WMS system architecture and workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Knowledge Skills And Experience
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java for custom integration development.
- Experience supporting, troubleshooting, and integrating EDI processes.
- Certifications in SQL, SharePoint, Power BI, ERP/WMS systems, or integration platforms are a plus.
What We Offer
- The salary range starting at $85,000-$90,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range commensurate on the candidates' experience and skills. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
