This challenge awaits you: For our Connected Vehicle Architecture & Integration department we are looking for a dedicated team leader with experience in E/E architecture development or complete vehicle integration. Your Tasks: You take responsibility for the further development and professional and disciplinary management of the team You are responsible for ensuring cooperation and promoting the exchange of experience and knowledge in the department and in the specialist area You are the technical contact person for customers internally and externally in the area of E/E architecture development or complete vehicle integration You organize the follow-up of personnel planning, qualification and service provision in cooperation with project managers and specialists in the department You carry out cost estimates and offer preparation You will be involved in supporting the head of department in expanding our customer base (also internationally) including project acquisition Necessary Skills: Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics or a comparable field of study Alternative: Technician/master with many years of professional experience in the relevant field Experience in managing teams of at least five employees Experience in the field of vehicle electronics and/or networking or E/E architectures Good networking in the field of E/E development at various OEMs Very good written and spoken German Desired Skills: Interdisciplinary thinking as well as an independent and structured way of working Customer-oriented mindset Willingness to take on entrepreneurial responsibility Good communication and strong teamwork skills Good written and spoken English skills Das spricht für uns: Moderne Mobilität ist eine Schlüsselaufgabe unserer Zeit.
