Summary

Thales is looking for an experienced IVVQ Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering successful projects. You’ll lead the Integration, Verification, Validation, and Qualification (IVVQ) activities — ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.


What you’ll do:

  • Define and implement IVVQ strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze test campaigns.
  • Develop integration plans aligned with system releases.
  • Identify and manage test equipment.
  • Lead customer demonstrations and ensure requirement verification.
  • Oversee team workloads and track performance.
  • Manage technical issues using tools like JIRA.


What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of engineering experience (design, development, testing).
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in test strategies, integration, and verification.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work in complex, multicultural environments.

Bonus points:

  • Experience with German subcontractors or customers.
  • Naval domain or system-of-systems expertise.
