Lockheed Martin Space Pulsar centers are mission demonstration environments focused on revolutionizing how we do business. The Pulsar Operations team executes flawless customer-oriented events across multiple centers and is responsible for operating and maintaining the network of systems designed to elevate executive-level strategy sessions and enhance customer engagements. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Technical Operations lead to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping stakeholders create memorable and engaging experiences in our immersive and collaborative environments. This role will require working closely with customers to understand their technical requirements, operating and maintaining audio-visual and other technologies associated with the Pulsar center, and providing exceptional operational support to ensure seamless meeting and event execution.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
* Providing onsite technical support for Pulsar systems used for events, meetings, and customer engagements
* Operating and maintaining audio-visual and other technologies associated within Pulsar, including but not limited to:
+ Video teleconference (VTC) collaboration systems
+ Audio and video systems
+ Virtual and augmented reality systems
* Configuring and testing equipment to ensure seamless event execution; troubleshooting as needed
* Engaging with senior level executives and stakeholders
* Collaborating with the broader Pulsar Ops team to create and implement efficient processes and procedures
Providing operational support of Vast system at customer engagement events, conferences and trade shows
* Occasional travel between other Lockheed Martin locations to support additional duties as needed
This position is located at a facility that requires special access. U.S. Citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
* Working knowledge of Audio/Visual technology, virtual teleconference (VTC) and/or collaboration platforms
* Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies and systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think critically to troubleshoot technical issues
* Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with executive level customers
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
* U.S. Citizenship
Desired Skills:
* Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
* Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail
* Experience working in an immersive or experiential environment
* Experience with audio-visual and technical systems, including but not limited to: Crestron, Cisco or AMX control systems, Audio processing systems, Media playback, compositing or projection mapping systems
* Certification in audio-visual or technical operations, such as CTS or CAVSP

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
