🕓 Shift: 1st Shift - 8 AM to 5 PM

Are you passionate about improving operational stability and the availability of customer-facing applications? The Enterprise Infrastructure Prod Services (EIPS) team is seeking a Systems Engineer (Voice) to lead initiatives that enhance the associate experience and optimize service delivery for contact center applications.

The Role:

As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational stability and availability of IVR, VoIP, and Call Center technologies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless experiences to customers and associates while supporting the latest in cloud and contact center technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives to improve application availability and stability for customer-facing teams.
• Provide 24x7 support for production environments, with coverage from 1:30 PM EST – 9:30 PM EST.
• Support and maintain IVR, VoIP, and Call Center technologies (preferably Genesys).
• Collaborate with teams using Agile methodologies to deliver solutions and enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage Kubernetes (EKS) clusters and troubleshoot related issues.
• Develop scripts using Python, Java, or Bash to streamline workflows and processes.
• Support cloud environments, especially with AWS and Azure technologies.
• Monitor and analyze systems using tools like Splunk or ELK.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Linux/UNIX and Windows operating systems.
• Ensure smooth integration with CI/CD pipelines and deliver solutions that improve service performance.
