We're looking for a talented Systems Engineer to join our team and focus on UAV Navigation and Control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop advanced sensor fusion and estimation algorithms for precise UAV navigation.
• Implement and optimize sophisticated navigation and state estimation filters for real-time performance.
• Integrate diverse sensor systems including IMU, magnetometer, and optical flow.
• Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and optimization of system performance, especially in GNSS-denied environments.
• Contribute to the development of custom flight control software solutions tailored for our UAVs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong theoretical foundation in sensor fusion, state estimation, and control theory principles.
• Solid understanding of Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs) and their operational principles.
• Proven proficiency in Python and practical experience with embedded and real-time systems programming (C/C++, Rust).
• Educational background in Control Systems, Robotics, or Aerospace Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) or similar robotic middleware.
• Familiarity with simulation tools, particularly Gazebo.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with UAV-specific flight controllers such as ArduPilot, Betaflight, or PX4.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and simulation tasks.
• Knowledge of aerodynamics and UAV flight dynamics.
• Familiarity with other simulation tools like AirSim or RealFlight.
