The Systems Engineering Operations Manager will be responsible for building and managing programs and workflows that will enable our organization to operate efficiently and at scale. This role will lead the development of programs, processes and tools that support the daily work of our SEs and SE Leaders. The scope of this role will reflect the broad responsibilities of the SE team, including design/deal review, POCs, order prep, partner coordination and installation prep. The operations manager will drive continuous improvement of these processes and the programs that support them, as well as managing day-to-day tasks associated with individual deals.
Responsibilities:
* Own and optimize key SE processes including design reviews, order preparation, installation readiness and POC Tracking.
* Develop and manage programs for partnering with VARs and service providers to deliver successful customer outcomes and revenue attainment.
* Partner with other business units and key stakeholders to manage cross-functional alignment and support of the SE organization.
* Drive streamlining and automation of repetitive tasks using new or existing tools.
* Document and distribute SOPs, process changes and updates.
* Track team activities and KPIs.
* Provide reporting and analytical support to SE leaders.
Requirements
* Experience in Technical Program Management, SE Operations or Sales/Revenue Operations.
* Experience with professional services or post-sales delivery in the information technology industry.
* Experience in the technology or data management industry.
* Familiarity with technical presales processes and deliverables.
* Strong program/project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
* Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce).
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
* Prior experience in high-growth or startup environments.
