We’re partnering with a global manufacturing company known for its incredible stability, strong leadership, and down-to-earth culture. The team is looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join on a 6–12 month contract basis—with the potential for a permanent spot down the road.
This role supports the Global Infrastructure Engineering team by taking on Tier 2 escalations and ensuring smooth operations so senior engineer an focus on strategic projects.

Job Details
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing day-to-day infrastructure operations with minimal oversight
Handling Tier 2 escalations
User management in Intune and Active Directory
Administering VMware, Veeam backup, and Microsoft 365
Supporting the transition from on-prem to Azure cloud
Performing server administration and break-fix tasks
Contributing to CRM support (Salesforce experience is a plus)
Providing Additional Networking Support, If Experienced
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience & someone who can hit the ground running—confident working independently
Strong systems administration background with cloud experience
A proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively with global teams
Comfortable in a hybrid or remote setup (ideally onsite in Nashville 1–2 days/week, but remote may be considered for the right person)
