Kforce has a client that is seeking a Fully Remote Systems Engineer III to join their team. Summary: The Systems Engineer III will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Microsoft 365 (M365) environment. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of M365 services, enhance productivity, and contribute to the overall success of our global IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: * Design and implement advanced M365 solutions, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Security & Compliance features * Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient M365 solutions * Lead migrations and upgrades of M365 services, ensuring minimal impact on end-users and business operations * Provide third-level support for M365-related incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain a stable and secure environment * Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and Microsoft 365 updates to recommend and implement improvements* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field * Microsoft Certified * 7+ years of proven experience working with Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments, with a focus on design and implementation * Experience with M365 migration projects, including hybrid environments * Expertise in configuring and managing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related services * In-depth knowledge of M365 security and compliance features * Familiarity with ITIL practices and project management methodologies * Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and administration tasks; Using these skills in a DevOps role is a must * Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
