About the Role:

InfinityIT is looking for a capable and motivated Systems Engineer to join our team in sunny Gisborne. This role is flexible and suited to candidates ranging from Level 1 through to Level 3, depending on your skills and attitude. You will be working across a wide range of technologies to support our clients, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.

• Solid technical ability – whether you are early in your career or already experienced, we are after someone who knows their stuff and is eager to keep improving.
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently when needed.
• Must hold a valid New Zealand work visa and a full driver’s licence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote and onsite support for a wide range of IT systems and users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, and more.
• Deliver quality service and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
• Contribute to project work depending on your level of experience.
