Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Systems Business Analyst with strong order to cash experience. This role involves a deep understanding of business process functions, detailed business requirements and system analysis, with a focus on operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and re-engineering business processes to enhance workflow and business functions.
• Developing and maintaining accurate customer credit records and managing customer inquiries.
• Conducting system analysis to identify areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Creating detailed business requirement documents to guide system development and modifications.
• Utilizing Microsoft SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Leveraging the Coupa portal for integration purposes to streamline processes.
• Managing the order to cash process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Designing business processes to optimize performance and meet business objectives.
• Implementing automated billing systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborating with various teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system requirements.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in understanding and analyzing Business Process Functions
• Ability to write and comprehend Business Requirement Document
• Familiarity with Order to Cash process
• Strong skills in System Analysis
• Experience in defining Detailed Business Requirements
• Expertise in analyzing Business Requirements
• Knowledge of BPD - Business Process Design
• Experience with BPR - Business Process Re-engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL
• Familiarity with the larger ERP (Oracle EBS (preferred), Oracle Fusion, SAP ECC, or SAP Hana)
• Familiarity with the Coupa software
• Experience in Automated Billing
