As a Snr Consultant Systems Architect, you will support the integration execution for our portfolio of companies. You will help drive the design and execution of the Operations & Infrastructure Get to Target State program (G2TS) for our Visa Family of Companies (VFC).
Responsibilities
Collaborate within the M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) team and key stakeholders to understand the integration requirements focusing on both technology and process integrations of the target organization.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 11+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
•Strong understanding of infrastructure components.
•Extensive experience (5+ years) in SSDLC practices and tools.
•Proficiency in migrating and integrating SSDLC tools within large-scale development environments.
•Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the migration and alignment of SSDLC tools across various entities.
•Confidence to create and present future target state and integration approaches, influencing senior leadership in both Visa and VFC organizations.
•Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
•Prior knowledge and experience working with Visa processes and technology.
•Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the aptitude to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
•Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
