Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to join the Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA) Product Systems team. This team is responsible for delivering and managing critical systems that support our client's entire Product Lifecycle. The ideal candidate will research complex processes, applications, and data, translate functional requirements into technical specifications, and execute SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI) and Managerial Accounting (CO) configurations.

The analyst will play a key role in data integration across SAP and non-SAP systems, designing finance solutions, managing stakeholders, and troubleshooting SAP-related issues while working with onshore and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct finance integrated solutioning workshops for enterprise-wide financial structures.
• Define data integration strategies across SAP ERP systems and non-SAP systems, considering upstream and downstream processes.
• Develop functional and technical specifications aligned with business needs.
• Configure and manage SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Managerial Accounting (CO) functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SMEs, Architects, Developers, and System Integrators (SI).
• Design and configure finance solutions for identified gaps in functionality and business processes.
• Analyze and design the "To-Be" financial structure, ensuring alignment with IT & business roadmaps.
• Ensure scalability, security, and upgradeability of built solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex SAP-related issues in collaboration with IT teams.
• Follow Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe ) principles.
• Develop Proof of Concepts (POC) for validating high-level solutions.
• Drive end-to-end technical design and oversee deployment activities.
• Establish best practices, standards, and processes for high-quality financial solutions.
• Provide Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for finance solutions and align them with stakeholders.
• Measure, track, and correct outcomes based on Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and user experience metrics.
  
  

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• SAP S/4HANA expertise, including Financial Accounting (FI) & Managerial Accounting (CO).
• Active Secret Clearance (Mandatory).
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe ) methodologies.
• Proficiency in data modeling, validation, and verification techniques.
• Ability to analyze and design Enterprise Financial Structures within SAP environments.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Clint's IT systems and processes.
• Familiarity with C#.NET, SQL Server, Web Application Design, and Web Architecture.
• Strong understanding of SAP financial reporting structures and data integration strategies.
