Kforce has a client that is seeking a Systems Analyst WFS in Chicago, IL. Key Tasks: * Lead Workforce Software Time and Attendance, Absence Management, Integration, and Reporting implementations * Conduct strategy sessions to assess business processes, gather and document business requirements, and configure Workforce Software solutions accordingly * Configure Workforce Software solutions to align with business goals and compliance needs * Enabling standard reports and translations, and support system integrations to enhance Workforce Software functionality * Contribute to process improvements and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with the internal team * Perform Unit Testing, PIT (Product Integration Testing), conduct payroll parallel testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and data validation before go-live* 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Workforce Software (WFS) implementations * Must have experience with USA and Canada implementations; experience in other countries is an added advantage * Expertise and certification in Workforce Software Time and Attendance configuration * Experience in Time integrations with Payroll (SAP SF ECP), Benefits, and other Systems * Experience in Absence Compliance, Job Scheduling, and Forecasting/Demand Scheduling (preferred) * Experience in Absence Compliance, Job Scheduling, and Forecasting/Demand Scheduling (preferred)
