Summary

Title: Systems Analyst Reports to: Hans Diehl Job Description: As the system analyst, you will be responsible for creating technical requirements for system enhancements and data integration. Your responsibility in this position is to manage processes and analyze data to identify and document potential issues. You oversee testing procedures and provide documentation of all persistent problems. Additional duties include providing stakeholders with overviews and workshops on the product, teaching product functionality, and supporting stakeholders through testing processes to ensure proper functionality after launch. You work with a team to develop, coordinate, and implement projects and task schedules. You will be responsible for administering the system specific to user access and roles administration. Objectives of this role * Be the technical lead person who can translate business requirements into technical requirements * Perform research and analysis on financial and operational systems and communicate with all stake holders * Serve as a Subject Matter Expert of BuildOps/Procore and guide users with best practices, financial guidance * Be the leader in ensuring data quality between systems through report creations in BuildOps/Procore and Sage Intacct * Be the System Admin/Access Rights Admin for Procore and Buildops Job Responsibilities * Oversee key implementation processes including implementation readiness, data readiness (import/verify/analyze), and report creation * Translate business requirements into technical requirements * Co-Author technical requirement documents * Collaborate with business departments and integration engineers to determine the scope of the project * Implement plan specifications for integrating legacy data to meet business objectives * Communicate regularly with operating companies and departments to keep them updated on progress * Monitor implementation and troubleshoot problems when necessary * Administer user accounts, roles, and privileges in both systems Required Skills and Qualifications * Experience in generating process documentation, business requirements, and reports * Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights * Prior experience with Procore and Buildops as a system analyst and system administrator * Proven analytical abilities * Solid understanding on data relationship and software aptitude * Ability to use Microsoft Office products is a must specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot table, SUMIFS) Preferred Skills and Qualifications * Bachelor Degree in Business or Information Technology or equivalent experience * Construction industry experience preferred specifically in HVAC installation * Understanding of construction financial is highly desired * Experience implementing construction software preferred * Sage Intacct and Power BI experience preferred
