Job Description Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for enhancement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement. Develop and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes, improve efficiency and reduce costs. Utilize data analysis techniques and statistical tools to measure process performance and track improvement initiatives. Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and documentation to document current processes and proposed improvements. Lead process improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring that objectives are met within established timelines and budgets. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather input, address concerns, and drive consensus on improvement initiatives. Provide training and support to employees to ensure successful implementation and adoption of process improvements. Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes, making adjustments as needed to optimize results. Skills/Qualifications Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; Basic Identification of Process Measurement - Willingness to develop and use process measurements and the organization’s use of measurement. Flowcharting - Knowledgeable in process creation thru visio, draw io. etc Willing to work in Binondo and work in a Hybrid setup.
