System Analyst-1 - ClientWorks Team
We seek a detail-oriented System Analyst-1 to execute global builds in PROD/Non-PROD environments and manage configuration tickets, change requests, and user access for contractual clients. The role requires troubleshooting system issues and implementing global changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute CommunityWorks domain builds across environments
Process JIRA requests from development teams (CPE/KLs/RM)
Conduct issue investigations and risk profiling
Support automation initiatives and roadmap projects
Requirements:
6mo-2yrs experience in system analysis
Strong SQL and Advanced Excel skills
JIRA proficiency and Agile methodology understanding
Millennium platform familiarity (preferred)
Bachelor’s in CS/IT or related field
Behavioral Skills:
Proactive problem-solver with strong collaboration skills
Excellent time management and communication abilities
Career Level - IC1
Responsibilities
Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications. Respond to requests for support by users. Test and coordinate testing of new releases of Oracle Applications. Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development. Monitor future applications releases. Train users on features of applications. Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user. Act as reporting resource. Represent users at Data Center meetings, user meetings at quarter end and whenever necessary.
