Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or similar. This role requires a strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and security protocols. Candidates must successfully pass a background check prior to employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Implement and enforce security protocols, including firewalls, access controls, and backups.
• Manage user accounts, workstations, and technology tools.
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models as needed.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, network configuration, and database management.
