Responsibilities: Administer and support Jira and Confluence instances, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide Atlassian solutions. Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of Atlassian tools. Develop and implement best practices for usage, administration, and governance of Atlassian products. Assist in automating workflows and processes using tools like Scriptrunner. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in administering Jira and Confluence in an enterprise setting. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
