cFocus Software seeks a Systems Administrator Lotus Domino, Journeyman to join our program supporting the US Navy. This position is on site in Norfolk, VA. This position requires a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering degree; or a degree in a Mathematics or Engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience providing Tiers I, II, and III Lotus Domino Systems Administrator services across an enterprise hardware and software platform.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience working with Windows Server; MS Office, Symantec Endpoint, and other third-party tools.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Information Assurance (IA) security procedures, which may include scanning and mitigating actions.
• Experience working with TeamStudio, Tomcat, JIRA, or similar software (SourceSafe, CVS, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience in software testing
• Active DoD IAT II certification
• Active Cloud certification
  
  

Duties:

• Provide 24/7/365 tier I through III Service Desk support schedule to U.S. and Coalition/Allied users.
• The Contractor shall staff and manage the UARNOC and other government designated Service Desk locations in support of the program across all non-classified and classified enclaves.
• Provide real-time support of UARNOC watch operations and or other government designated Service Desk locations, supporting deployed ships and shore-based users via telephone, chat services, trouble ticketing systems, and email across all deployed non-classified and classified (to include SECREL) enclave instances.
• Provide system deployment and upgrade support for deployable non-classified and classified (to include SECREL)
