Job Title: Systems Administrator

Location: Encino, CA (Onsite)

Salary: $95,000 Base + Every Other Friday Off

Team Size: 3-Person IT Team

About the Role

We're seeking a hands-on, adaptable System Administrator to join our lean, high-impact IT team in Encino. This is a full-time onsite position offering a unique schedule with every other Friday off. You'll wear many hats—from frontline support to infrastructure projects—making this ideal for someone who thrives on variety and learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to for end-user support and troubleshooting (Tier 1–3)
• Manage and maintain Windows servers, VMware environments, and system backups
• Participate in infrastructure projects involving Office 365, Azure, and Intune
• Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and administration
• Assist in the design and implementation of new IT systems and policies
• Collaborate closely with a small, nimble team to support all aspects of IT

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT support and systems administration
• Working knowledge of:
• Windows Server environments
• VMware virtualization
• Office 365 administration
• Azure AD / Intune
• Backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Strong aptitude and eagerness to learn and grow
• Willingness to do “everything IT” — from help desk to system design
