Job Summary

The Systems Administrator is a crucial team member responsible for administering system maintenance and configuration under the guidance of senior team members. Acting as a technical owner for assigned systems, this role involves the operation and maintenance of existing systems and infrastructure. Collaboration with users and technical teams to support incident resolution, systems monitoring, and problem analysis is essential. Additionally, assisting in deploying system changes and supporting senior team members with projects are key aspects of this position.

Responsibilities

• Operational Support - Install, modify, document, and maintain system configuration. Analyze system performance to optimize stability. Develop scripts for task automation.
• Problem Management - Investigate and resolve complex system issues. Provide identification for production incidents and implement solutions. Address production alerts and contribute to problem reviews.
• User Support - Offer contextual and technical assistance to users. Aid in identifying technical problems and devising solutions. Advise on approved technologies based on user requirements.
• Communications - Communicate operational status clearly when requested. Engage in status meetings, prepare reports, respond to inquiries, and participate in vendor partner communications.

Qualifications
