London Computer Systems (LCS) is seeking a full time Systems Administrator who will be responsible for managing and maintaining production servers. This position will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following items: * Administration of both Windows and Linux servers * Monitoring systems; responding to and ensuring resolution of operational issues * Maintaining and deploying highly available virtual server environments * Administration of SAN devices * Assisting with installations, upgrades, and patches to ensure proper system operation * Managing networking in a datacenter environment * Management and configuration of the VPN appliance * Manage users, groups and app registrations within Entra ID Requirements * Virtualization using VMware ESXi or Hyper-V * Proficient with both Windows and Linux Server administration * Strong understanding of networking concepts * Proficiency with server hardening and log analysis * Scripting experience with at least one of the following: PowerShell, Bash, Perl, Ruby, Python * Experience with managing active directory * Working with SAN/NAS systems * Experience with system monitoring and alerting (Nagios preferred) * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications * Network+ and/or CCNA certification, Security+ * Experience with automation (Chef, Puppet, Ansible) * Familiarity with core AWS services * Experience with web server administration (IIS and Apache) * Experience with load balancing systems * Experience with RDP environments * Database administration experience * Experience with containers and container orchestration systems Benefits * Health, dental, & vision insurance * Wellness program with rewards for healthy activities * 401(K) with employer match * Annual company bonus * 10 paid company holidays * Paid time off * Life insurance * Paid medical leave/disability insurance * Paid parental leave * Contemporary office building, wooded campus with nature trail * On-site fitness center * One of Cincinnati's "Top Places to Work" * Hybrid work schedule available; 50% in the office, 50% remote About LCS London Computer Systems (LCS), based in Cincinnati, Ohio, provides businesses with critical software and technology solutions.
