Descripción del empleo We are looking for a System Administrator Junior to join In this role Fully supporting, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading corporate customer networks. Support Layer 2 general support Administer and patch management for, (Windows Server 2012-2022 Operating Systems) Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for escalated IT issues, including network, server, and application problems. Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues promptly and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patches on servers, networks, and software systems. Create and maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency across the team. Assist in training and guiding Level 1 and Level 2 support staff, providing mentorship and technical expertise. Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with end-users and ensuring satisfaction with IT support services. Requirements: Experience in Virtual Machines Server design, deployment & administration in the cloud base environment. Proven experience as a System Administrator, or similar role.
