该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： Test Mgmt.

• Coordinating SV test event including a detailed planning.  Define test plan regarding to MGU DE and CN input test activities.  Communicate with DE SV counterparts regarding to test scope, test infrastructure, test set elements. etc.  Define SV test automation test set, refining and proceed to TA team for execution.  Weekly meeting with testers to exchange and review bug findings.
• Collecting the result and reporting to DE & CN counterpart  Weekly confluence report including all test cases status, new bug tickets, testing status  Weekly e-mail report and exchanging meetings of bugs towards CN and DE relevant associates.
• Team internal communication and coordination
  
  

 Train testers with testing related system, SV process, features specifications, testing mindset  SV Process optimizations and maintaining for all MGU test activities  Escalate the potential risk to team lead with transparency. Ticket /Problem Mgmt.:

• Ticket quality assurance  Coaching testers to create qualified tickets with refined description with meaningful attachments  Define ticket quality KPI and mark scheme
  
  

 Review testers tickets, mark accordingly and provide a monthly report to team lead

• Ticket analysis process tracking
  
  

 Define tickets severity with non-showstopper or showstopper criteria

 Tracking ticket status: remind and lead testers to proceed 

Analysis and transfer analysis team for the bug ticket when necessary

 Bridging and balancing development team and testers for bug during bug ticket processing 任职要求：  Knowledge in test management (time management / planning / monitoring) Expected knowledge includes software development process, testing methods as well as software quality management. Cross function working experience.  Familiar with the automotive test and problem management tools e.g. ALM, JIRA or similar tooling.  Microsoft Office skills (WORD / EXCEL / POWERPOINT / PROJECT)  Excellent language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory  Communication, presentation, reporting and team player skills  At least 3 years working experience in testing team
