In this role, you will have a direct impact on our product. As a System Validation IL Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the validation processes at our IL site, ensuring the highest quality and performance of our products. You will lead a team of validation engineers, manage validation projects, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the system validation group at the IL site.
• Develop and implement validation strategies and plans for Sony products.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of worldwide automation testing systems.
• Design, implement, maintain, and run automation campaigns on various setups on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Analyze and debug test results, report results and issues into Sony’s data systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and validation of new products and features.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Improve efficiency by using AI technology
• Design and implement quality procedures
  
  

Requirements:

• BSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent (an advantage).
• At least 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Proven experience in system validation and testing, preferably in the IoT or B2B sectors.
• Solid hands-on experience with software and firmware validation.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies, writing test plans, bug reporting, troubleshooting capabilities, and bug tracking systems.
• Experience in managing a team of at least 10 QA engineers.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Independent, responsible, and self-reliant.
