Bachelor’s degree in related field

Experience in Information Technology testing, quality assurance and the performance of change management functions.

Cross-platform Information Technology development environment experience.

Experience with QA testing and script writing.

Good understanding of the system test life cycle, review process, and test case documentation.

Ability to thoroughly document and troubleshoot errors.

Well versed with Agile, Scrum, waterfall methodologies.

Good team and critical thinking skills.

Keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Intermediate level knowledge of MS Excel and ServiceNow.
