Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for integrators, assisting with system troubleshooting and resolving performance-related issues.
Analyze system performance, identify root causes of non-performance, and coordinate corrective actions with integrators and internal teams.
Provide training and guidance to integrators on best practices, system functionalities, and product limitations.
Review and validate integrator design documents before final installation to ensure optimal system performance.
Support integrators with software updates, system configurations, and continuous improvements.
Respond to technical inquiries and escalations, collaborating with Exotec's remote monitoring team to resolve complex issues.
Contribute to documentation, technical content creation, and process improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Fluent in English and Japanese (N2 level minimum) or Korean.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SQL and database management.
Basic knowledge of networking principles.
Experience or familiarity with Git, Node-Red, and Docker.
Ability to read and understand C++, C, Python, JavaScript, or Java.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to performance optimization.
Customer-focused with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Flexibility to work occasional on-call shifts, including some overnight and weekend support.
