Job Title: System/Network Administrator

Location: Hybrid – Culver City, CA

Base Salary: 110,000 - $130,000

Experience Required: 6+ years professional IT experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned System/Network Administrator to join our hybrid team in Culver City. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and evolving our IT infrastructure with a strong focus on security, network reliability, and cloud integration. This is a hands-on role best suited for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is comfortable working with both Mac and Windows systems.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience switching identity providers
• Expertise with MDM for Mac environments
• Strong networking background; FortiGate preferred (Cisco or Palo Alto acceptable)
• Ability to build firewalls from scratch
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including O365, Slack, Dropbox, Zoom
• Proficient in Windows administration
• Exposure to IT security best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hybrid or fast-paced startup environments
• Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Fortinet NSE, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft 365)
