Implementation management – Work with the rest of Global Business Process team to rollout IFS(ERP) to new Sites
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve business process issues related to processes and IFS(ERP) system performance.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with finance teams to understand business requirements, financial processes, and reporting needs.
Coordination: Play as coordinator between China IT team and group IT team.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements and optimizations to financial processes and ERP functionalities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including operation, finance teams, and management, to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.
Testing and Validation: Work with global team and users to develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality, ensuring that financial and other business processes work as intended.
User Training: Provide training and support to finance staff and end-users on the ERP system functionality.
Education & Training
Degree in Accountant/MIS or related subject (mandatory) Experience & Competency:
Have good knowledge of ERP Systems (Preferable IFS / QAD) including Financials
Be very familiar with ERP Systems (Preferable IFS / QAD) vs. Business Processes
Excellent English skills, reading and writing
Good communication skills
Responsible, serious, honest and excellent service concept
Be able to show initiative in both past and future projects
Some experience in Global Reporting
