You will play a key role in the automation and implementation of workflows for our major clients in the banking sector and ensure the smooth operation of the solutions. As part of a motivated team, you will develop and operate sophisticated IT infrastructures, from private clouds to modern workplace projects, always in close dialogue with the customer. Thanks to your work, everyday processes are made more efficient and you help to ensure operational IT security. Your focus is on consulting, designing and implementing innovative solutions, whereby you act as a trusted advisor for our customers.

  • Responsibility for the application, monthly billing and SLA reports
  • Independently analysing and resolving data processing problems
  • Consulting and implementation of automation solutions for banks
  • Active role in a team of independent monitoring experts who contribute to the stability of Swisscom services on a daily basis
  • Development and operation of identity and NAC solutions for customers
  • Working with market-leading technologies in a motivated and committed team
  • Practice-oriented training and continuous challenge through customer projects
  • Development of highly secure, automated private cloud solutions and Cisco-based security solutions
  • Implementation of complex data centre and network projects in a highly secure environment
  • Execution of projects end-to-end, with a focus on working independently and innovatively


Your Skills

  • A degree (Uni/UAS) in computer science, business informatics or comparable experience
  • In-depth knowledge of process automation, scripting (e.g. Python, Ansible, PowerShell) and monitoring solutions
  • Experience in the design and realisation of complex networks and IT security solutions
  • Certifications in relevant areas (e.g. Cisco, Microsoft, VMware) are an advantage
  • Experience in the implementation and administration of IT systems, both on-premise and in the cloud
  • Familiar with the configuration and troubleshooting of applications on Linux and Windows systems
  • Customer-orientated thinking and acting with the ability to understand and communicate complex ICT customer solutions
  • Enjoyment of direct customer contact and very good communication skills
  • Willingness to travel within German-speaking Switzerland and flexible working hours
  • Dedicated, methodically competent and implementation-orientated to operate successfully in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Very good German and English
