For our client Airbus D&S at the Manching location, we are currently filling the following position:

System Engineer (f/m/d) Flight Management Systems

YOUR TASKS

• Capture and analyze requirements for military and civil Flight Management and Guidance Systems
• Design and develop FMS concepts, architectures, and automation functions for RPAS integration
• Develop Flight Guidance functions and support Verification & Validation, including lab, ground, and flight tests
• Manage suppliers and subcontractors throughout the development process
• Support standardization and certification efforts with international regulatory bodies
• Contribute to in-service support and participate in research activities
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Aerospace
• Experience in Systems Engineering is mandatory
• Background in Flight Management Systems or similar is required
• Familiarity with UAV/RPAS is beneficial
• Proficiency in design and simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink and SCADE
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
