System Engineer – ADAS/Autonomous Driving

We are seeking a System Engineer to join our Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Autonomous Driving (AD) team. This role involves end-to-end system design, integration, and validation of complex hardware/software systems in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage system architecture, requirements, and specifications.
• Lead validation efforts at both component and vehicle levels.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external suppliers for seamless integration.
• Support ISO 26262 functional safety requirements.
• Utilize HIL/SIL/simulation tools for system testing.
• Develop and maintain test benches, test vehicles, and calibration systems.
• Improve testing efficiency through automation and robust validation strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience in ADAS/AD systems development.
• Strong skills in system design, debugging, and testing.
• Proficient in C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, and CAN tools (CANoe, CANape, etc.), CAPL scripting.
• Familiarity with requirements tools (JAMA, DOORS, Polarion, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s or PhD in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with Tier 1/2 suppliers or OEMs.
• Background in system engineering for mass-production ADAS/AD features.
