▪ Responsibilities 职责

• Set up of ECUs in electric controlled steering systems
• 设置电控转向系统的ECU程序
• Support customers locally or on site at vehicle CAN diagnosis, function verification, installation, parameter tuning, etc
• 在本地或客户现场支持车辆CAN诊断，功能验证，安装，参数调校等
• Understand and clarify the system and functional requirements with OEMs and communicate internally
• 了解并阐明客户对于系统和功能的需求，并在内部进行沟通
• Function safety development of steering system, include safety concept and requirements
• 负责转向系统功能安全开发，包括系统层面需求制定及功能安全概念
• Define function safety document, e.g. HARA, safety document, etc
• 负责制定系统层面功能安全文档,如HARA，安全档案等
• Function safety verification
• 负责产品系统层面功能安全验证
• Product security development, assessment and documentation
• 负责产品网络安全开发、安全评估及文档制定
• Support of customer project acquisitions
• 支持客户项目的获取
• Market observation and analysis on competitive technologies and legislation requirements
• 对市场竞争技术和法规要求的观察和分析
• Documentation of requirements, tests, reports, approvals in system
• 对客户要求，测试，报告，系统的批准等文件的存档
• Coordination of safety assessments with internal safety auditor
• 协调内部安全审核员进行安全评估
• Trouble shooting of system
• 系统故障的解决
• Collaboration with German experts
• 与德国专家协同工作
• Where required, give assistance to other engineers or supervisor in department

▪ Qualifications & Requirements 任职资格及要求

• Education学历
• Bachelor’s degree or above in automotive electronics or vehicle engineering
• 学士学位及以上，汽车电子或车辆工程等相关专业
• Experience工作经验
• Min. 3 years of working experience in automotive industry and worked on any of the electric vehicle system components or EPS system preferred
• 至少3年在汽车行业及任一汽车电子电器系统及零部件，或电动转向系统经验者优先
• Familiar with E/E system, Software and Hardware develop process in automotive industry
• 熟悉汽车行业电子电器系统、软件及硬件开发流程
• Good knowledge and experience with vehicle and system(CAN bus, Ethernet), SW/E&E architectures, electric signals, and control algorithms
• 熟悉车辆及系统(CAN总线，以太网),软件及电子电器架构,电气信号及控制算法等
• Good knowledge in vehicle systems calibration, parameter tunning, data optimization
• 熟悉车辆系统标定，参数调校，数据优化
• Good knowledge in Vector tool chain and CAPL program language, MATLAB/Simulink skills preferred
• 熟悉Vector工具链和CAPL编程语言, 具备MATLAB/Simulink 技能更佳
• Familiar with ISO 26262, ISO21434, ISO21448, ASPICE, etc.
• 熟悉ISO 26262, ISO 21434, ISO 21448, ASPICE 等
• Familiar with IATF 16949
• 熟悉IATF 16949质量管理体系
• Familiar with FMEA, FTA, FMEDA
• 熟悉FMEA, FTA , FMEDA等分析验证方法
• Working experience in multinational foreign companies preferred
• 具有跨国企业工作经验者优先
• Great passion for vehicle electric engineering

• Familiar with IATF 16949

• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin both written and verbal
• 优秀的英语及普通话书面及口语交流技能
• Knowledge of German language desirable

• Drive license is required
