Responsibilities

- Clarify and negotiate the requirements with the stakeholders,

- Lead technical concepts and analysis during the early phases of the projects, while striving for the best trade-off between the business needs/requirements, our platform strategies, lead time, cost aspects and technical constraints

- Drive the development of competitive and timely system solutions for the application needs, securing all aspects of the solution such as physical installation, non-functional aspects (diagnostics, power management, onboard comm, etc.), function and application SW design including HMI

- Secure that the cybersecurity and functional safety risks are identified and mitigated. The development of specific CS or/and FS concepts might be needed together with our domain experts

- Provide technical and system knowledge to support the development teams through the development of the solution. Networking across the organization as well as influencing the work is a key success factor.

Knowledge/Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in EE&SW embedded system with at least 5 years system engineering and architecture is a must.
