Job responsibilities:

• Work with functional business users/business owners to understand, document, and prioritize the business requirements and user stories
• Understand and analyze the requirements along with the functional data flow
• In depth participation and contribution in all BA related activities within the project
• Managing the requirements and provide design options for the solutions available and guide the team
• Participate in the evaluation of alternative IT solutions and provide appropriate recommendations
• Work closely with technical implementation team in bridging the gap from translating functional to technical details
• Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive in documenting the process.
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills

Key requirements:

· Minimum of 8 to 12 years' experience in a similar role.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Strong analytical skills with ability to deep dive to drive solutions.

· Good banking domain knowledge

· Proven ability to perform under high pressure in a dynamic environment

· Bachelor's degree or above.
