As a Systems Analyst – your primary responsibility is to leverage data and systems to drive safety culture and efficiency within customer organizations. This includes defining and developing data tools to define, surface, visualize, and dynamically alert customers in near real time. You will also use ETL tools to integrate disparate data sources, generate business intelligence, and ensure performance of data solutions.
This role is hybrid, 4x/wk onsite in either Glendale or Anaheim, CA. W2 only, no C2C

Basic Qualifications

· Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Proven experience and solid understanding of Oracle, MS SQL,and MySQL databases
· Proven experience with ETL via Python
· Demonstrated partnering skills with local and distributed work teams
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
· Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays
· Comfortable with facilitating/speaking with small to large groups in meeting and training environments
· Demonstrated problem solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills
· Ability to analyze business solutions to recommend efficient technical needs
· Proven extensive experience with MicroStrategy, PowerBi, or Tableau
· Proven experience with Sharepoint / Azure Applications
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience leading Projects based on data or BI
· Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and rapid development tools
· Experience with IoT and Streaming Data solutions
· Experience working with Data Lakes / Hadoop / NiFi
· Understanding of AI/ML integration and deployment (specifically NLP)
· Experience with JavaScript
Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work exp
