This position maintains the success and stability of our IT Asset Management

(ITAM) program. This role is key to driving software asset management

efforts and ensuring accurate, timely Effective License Positions (ELPs),

which are critical for maintaining compliance, optimizing costs, and

supporting vendor negotiations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management or Software Asset Management (recommended)
• Strong knowledge of software licensing models (e.g., Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, IBM, etc.) (recommended)
• Experience with Effective License Position (ELP) reporting and remediation (recommended)
• Hands-on experience with SAM tools and platforms, such as ServiceNow (recommended)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data and communicate actionable insights (recommended)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with vendors, procurement, legal, and technical teams (recommended)

Salary Minimum

$71,355.00

Major Duties

Develops programs, dashboards and/or reports using Hyperion Essbase, SQL, UNIX, Oracle,

OBIEE or Mainframe applications.

Prepare technical analysis and documents to include projects scope and timelines.

Conducts root cause analyses and provides recommendations for solutions.

Utilize various systems and software to compile and prepare program enhancements.

Writes programs and user acceptance test plans as required supporting business systems.

Coordinates installation with end users.

Performs other duties as assigned.
