System Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer

A leading enterprise organization is looking for a skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our IT infrastructure team. This is a great opportunity to work in a complex and dynamic environment, leveraging cutting-edge technologies.

Position Overview:

The role involves responsibility for the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows server environments, virtual infrastructures, scripting and automation, implementation of security measures, and working with cloud and DR solutions.


Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in system administration – mandatory
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an enterprise-scale organization – mandatory
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server versions 2012/2016/2019/2025 – mandatory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft environments – GPO, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP – mandatory
  • Experience in managing and maintaining Exchange environments
  • Proven experience writing scripts and automations in PowerShell – mandatory
  • Experience in managing complex virtual environments (preferably VMware) – mandatory
  • Experience working with IIS and Tomcat environments - mandatory
  • Experience with OS hardening and CIS benchmarks
  • Hands-on experience with XDR tools (preference for Cortex) – mandatory
  • High level of responsibility, service orientation, and teamwork


Advantages:

  • Experience with HCI platforms (preferably Nutanix)
  • Familiarity with VMware Aria Automation
  • Background with EMC storage systems
  • Experience with disaster recovery tools such as SRM or Zerto
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms – Azure (EntraID, Intune, Teams, O365), AWS, GCP
  • Experience with server hardware maintenance
  • Proven ability to document procedures and write operational workflows – mandatory
