Lincoln Electric Products Co. Inc. is actively seeking an Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive mechanical designs for switchboard enclosures, busbars, and structural components, utilizing advanced CAD software to create detailed 2D and 3D models.
Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for all components, considering cost-effectiveness, performance requirements, and industry best practices.
Employ simulation and analysis tools to optimize designs for superior performance, reliability, and thermal management.
Lead the mechanical design process to strictly comply with relevant industry standards and regulations (ANSI, IEEE, IEC, local codes).
Ensure that switchboard design complies with relevant design practices, electrical codes, and safety standards such as UL891, UL67, UL508A, UL50, and National Electric Code (NEC), New York City Electric Code (NYCEC), ANSI, IEEE, IEC, Utility Standard, and local regulations.
