Claxton Logistics is hiring a full-time Swimming Pool Operator to support our government contracts in Southern California. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, clean, and fully operational pool facilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly pool maintenance
• Monitor and maintain proper water chemistry levels
• Operate and troubleshoot pool equipment and filtration systems
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Clean and vacuum pools, replace tiles, and maintain filters
• Track inventory and report maintenance needs
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in pool operations or facilities maintenance
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO), compliant with local health codes
• Knowledge of saltwater chlorination systems and water chemistry
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks
